This is a bombé-style cocktail band ring in 18k yellow gold, built as a wide domed band with a striking striped alternating diamond and emerald pattern. Alternating channel-set rows run across the face: rows of square-cut green emeralds set tight against rows of square- and baguette-cut white diamonds, each row divided by a polished gold rib that frames the stones and emphasizes the slight curve of the dome. The contrast of saturated green against bright white, all bezeled by warm gold, gives the piece a bold, graphic, distinctly retro look.
