The pavé is carried seamlessly across every visible surface, so there is no "dead" side to the piece, as the ribbon curls and dives, fresh facets of diamond keep catching the light, giving it a continuous sparkle from any angle. The graduated twist creates real dimension, lifting and dropping through three planes so the form reads as motion frozen in metal rather than a flat brooch. Finely pave-set and precisely matched graduated stones reflect the level of hand-finishing Jose Hess was known for, and the diamonds appear bright and white, well cut and evenly set for maximum brilliance.

Designed as a convertible piece, it functions equally as a brooch or a pendant, fitted on the reverse with a secure pin and clasp, as well as two bars, so it can be pinned to a lapel or suspended from a chain. Stamped "153536", "Jose Hess", and "18K".
