This Van Cleef & Arpels gold and diamond necklace is complete and in great condition. It contains all original diamonds, signs of minimal wear, and a phenomenally maintained clasp. The pendant is a heart in a teardrop shape, and necklace is an omega/herringbone style with 18k gold. Each diamond is set with four prongs. The necklace is approximately from the 1970s-1980s, where geometry was emphasized.
