Vintage Mid-century Tiffany & Co 18K Ruby and Diamond Sunburst Earring

A pair of Tiffany & Co earrings executed in 18-karat yellow gold, each designed as a radiating sunburst composed of numerous angled square gold rods projecting outward from a domed central cluster at varying lengths and angles, creating a three-dimensional, sculptural silhouette with considerable visual depth. The rods are finished with a high polish and converge toward a raised central mount set with a ring of six round faceted rubies, deep pinkish-red in body color, each held in individual claw prongs. A single round brilliant-cut diamond occupies the center of each cluster, appearing near colorless with lively brilliance, estimated at approximately 0.12 carats per stone. These earrings are perfect for everyday wear, or something a little more formal. Their vintage look and amazing craftsmanship draw eyes and intrigue, and all have been consistently interested in the gold spokes coupled with amazing cluster of gem quality stones.

The reverse of each earring is fitted with an omega-style fold-over clip backed by a post, with one of the earring's bar stamped "TIFFANY & CO." and both backings stamped "18K".
